Hi there, I'm Tess, a French online coach based in New Zealand, specialised in strength training, body recomposition, and sustainable performance.

Training has been a central part of my life for years. What started as curiosity quickly became something much bigger. It gave me direction, challenged me to grow, and shaped the standards I hold myself to every day.

Over time, I learned that lasting progress has very little to do with extremes. The strongest results come from having a clear direction, adapting when life changes, and continuing to show up long after motivation fades.

My perspective on training has been shaped by real experience, not trends. I've trained through different stages of life, worked around injuries, and learned firsthand what allows a body to become stronger without sacrificing health, balance, or longevity.

Along the way, training became more than a physical pursuit. It became part of my identity.

Not something I have to force myself to do, but something that naturally shapes the way I live. Over time, it stopped feeling like a task and became as normal as any other part of my day.

That's ultimately what led me to coaching.

I realised that the real transformation wasn't physical. It was reaching a point where training no longer felt like something I had to fit into my life, but something that had become part of it.

Today, my goal is to help others build that same foundation. Not through extremes or short-term motivation, but through an approach that feels realistic, sustainable, and built to evolve alongside them.

My coaching philosophy is simple: intelligent programming, sustainable progress, and an approach that fits into real life. No extremes, no burnout cycles, just a clear path forward.

Because real change isn't about doing more.

It's about doing what works, long enough for it to become part of who you are.
